When you send a message through the booking form, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your firm's name and website, if you provide them.
• Your message and the options you select.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to reply to you, to arrange and deliver our services, and to keep records of client communication.

3. Website Contact Form

Messages sent through the booking form are screened automatically for spam and unsolicited sales pitches. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being used by a person, and the text of your message and the options you select are reviewed by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude); your name and email address are not shared with it. Screening records are kept for 30 days. Submissions are stored by our host, Netlify.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your data. We use these providers to run this website and our business:

• Netlify, to host this website and receive form submissions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, to block automated form submissions.
• Anthropic, to screen form messages for spam and sales pitches.
• Google Workspace, for email.

5. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie needed to tell people from automated traffic when you use a form.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
