The problem
Product assets moved between four tools by hand. Imports created duplicate records, and handoffs between review stages stalled.
The system built
- Connected Drive, Sheets, Canva and Airtable to prepare assets for human review.
- Built repeatable imports that preserve formulas and prevent duplicate records; tested with 80 images.
- Clarified review stages and repaired stalled handoffs.
